This car parked on the ground level/floor in the NCP Park Mall car park in Ashford (Kent) earlier today. The driver (whose description I will detail below) was seen clearly threatening anyone stood behind her. I saw her before she parked her car snorting a white powder (presumably cocaine) at the wheel. Following this I heard her on the phone to someone asking them to drop her "a gram of coke" off later. She had no shame whatsoever.
Upon getting out of the car and attempting to pay at the car parking machine, she told everyone else waiting to use the machine to "Fuck off or I'll punch you." The woman, around 50 years old, with medium length blonde hair and of average height and weight, wore gloves and a face mask.
At one point she was struggling with something on the machine and asked for someone to help her. When some people came over to help her she told them to "Back the fuck away or I'll cut you."
She is clearly mentally deranged and the drugs aren't doing her any favours. I'll be reporting her to the police.

Despite being in the car by myself, this guy decided to park in the last remaining patent and child spot, after driving past several normal empty bays just a few feet away.

Parked illegally, moving furniture into her car taking up the entire pavement with her front door initially backing onto the fence. When I asked if I could get by, I was faced with “for fucks sake, just push the door you fucking bitch”. I noted that I’m not willing to touch her car door and that she is parked illegally. Her daughter got out of the house and proceeded to yell at me that I’m an idiot. She shut the door as I walked past and continued yelling profanities at me. Southampton.
