Pulled up next to him on Saturday this week and looked into car because I see much movement.
Then I see his willy out and he is beating it off as he stopped while using phone to look at children pictures he has on there. I could not believe it in my eyes so I honk my horn to get his attention and he just looked at me and carried on.
Disgusting, should be ashamed.

Speeding, swerveing, swearing, someone having a bad day. Very wet roads 40mph hes over taken me at 60mph on m25 to m4 junction. Tall guy short blonde hair, european, wearing his vis jacket, had those ive had a bad day so im going mental eyes.image of him stopped on the right hand lane, no traffic in front of him on a through road by heathrow. Police advised.
