This Bloody idiot Was in a Different Lane And Then Cut off the Van in the different lane by Pulling into the lane just before the traffic Lights and then Brakes Too hard.

Thinks it ok and manly to overtake a car while road works on either side of the road. Then when nearly causing an accident and gets honked at, he jumps out his van and shoots abuse at a lone woman in a car and says "come on then" . Aggressive dangerous driver
