Aggressive driving. HOWEVER the cyclist could have handled this better..had the police been involved that kind of verbal aggression towards the driver would have stood a good chance of nullifying your complaint. I've seen it done before: you lose your temper and then the police say you have no case. Yes it is natural to be angry but try to remain calm..be the bigger man.

The girl driving this car thought it acceptable to park in front of an elderly neighbours (who need constant access for medical reasons) drive so she dodn't have to totter so far on heals up the road to a party. Finding my neighbour's note the next day she and her friends laughed and then left the car in place and walked into town. Terrible driver and even worse human being.
