This young lady was too busy watching videos on her phone, which was mounted on her dash, than watching the road. She had no idea of traffic around her, missed a green light, and also nearly ran into the back of a bus.

Poor driving on her part. Had P plates but they fell off on the motorway. Stayed in the fast lane holding up traffic for the entire time we were near her (20+ mins). Only moved over after being flashed repeatedly by an emergency vehicle that got stuck behind her.
