Four-eyed female driver tailgating me then constantly on her phone while queuing at the road works by The Kingfisher pub in Kirkham.
When traffic started moving it was about five seconds before she realised and made a move.
I had a suspicion she might turn into Ribby Hall Village so changed my route slightly to see - and yes she did.
She is typical of some of the female staff I have come across there with their arrogance, so she must have Arrogant Ribby Hall Syndrome which shows in her manner of driving.

A real nasty man driving this Orange SEAT car. Very, very selfish and horrible person disallowing another driver from Merging In Turn, by pulling forward to NOT allow the Black Mercedes car in, to merge as should be done.
This driver and his fat wife should be ashamed of themselves for acting in this disgraceful manner.
The Good Lord will judge this man by his actions when the time comes.
He is a very bad man and I hope his Insurance Company sees this. He is a disgraceful man.
