Idiot turns left onto a road with cars all parked on the left so immediately pulls onto the other side without looking almost going into me. I could see he had no intention of evaluating how safe he was to continue as he expected me to swerve onto the grass/pavement out of his way.
He looked as if he was a zombie from an institution.

Selfish dangerous driver. He saw my wife and I walking our dog along a road without pavement, yet didn't move out or slow down, but missed us by no more than 4-6 inches! If I had film footage this would be reported to the police and he would most likely be prosecuted for dangerous driving!

This driver was in a dangerous hurry today, overtaking cars inappropriately and drove up the rear of guy in front of us too. On a Sunday too! Whats the emergency!!

Believe it or not this car parks here all the time, giving a fantastic view of the road when at a junction. An accident waiting to happen.
