Hogging right hand lane on M62 for miles despite the lanes to the left being empty. BMW.

Either unable to read road signs or markings or feels they don't apply to him in his desire to get in front of every car on the road. Cuts up other drivers who do respect the correct lanes at junctions and roundabouts. Obviously compensating for something.
