In a rush to pull out on people but then goes 10mph under the limit with nothing in front.
Why not just wait 2 seconds, let the 1 car go, pull out at your snails pace & then tootle along.

The female driver of this black TOYOTA AYGO X-PLAY VVT-I 2017 is an impatient frosty-faced idiot.
She speeds up behind then tailgates trying to pass, which she did all the way from Forton, through Galgate and didn’t attempt overtaking by the university because of the speed camera. But a little later by where the new student accommodation is she put her foot down to do over 50 and overtook a stream of about five cars (Mercs, Audis, etc) only to barge in between two and then turned into Ashton Manor.
What is the point of overtaking when you are just about to turn off? Were you trying to tell all us law-abiding motorists with bigger cars that you can outdo us in your shitty Toyota?
It seems you were trying to prove something which drivers with Small Car Syndrome often do against larger vehicles.

Driving dangerously slow, pulls out of junction without properly checking how the driving coming avoided is beyond me, very impressive driving from them, don’t even think she noticed them after they skidded out of her way, doesn’t indicate should not be on the road
