I don’t think this man has a good reason to be driving on the side otherwise he’d go up on the curb and already have rung the police. It didn’t look like his passenger was dying.
If he has no such excuse, then he should be locked up for the rest of his life. This man clearly is full of violent hate and is very ready to hurt someone. I hope the police catch him before it’s too late…

Driving dangerously slow, pulls out of junction without properly checking how the driving coming avoided is beyond me, very impressive driving from them, don’t even think she noticed them after they skidded out of her way, doesn’t indicate should not be on the road

In a rush to pull out on people but then goes 10mph under the limit with nothing in front.
Why not just wait 2 seconds, let the 1 car go, pull out at your snails pace & then tootle along.
Or here's an idea ... leave it at home until you tax it.

Parked over several disabled bays at peak time for over 10 minutes to pick up a small box from Argos.
