No lights on. Driving along from Stoneclogh to Bolton along A666. Driving very slowly, all over the road. Lots of cars flashing him but he seemed clueless. I tried to tell him whilst waiting for lights in Bolton but he didn't seem to understand. Very odd!

Last time I saw this skip on the road, half it's parts were missing. Makes a funny screeching noise too, must not like it's driver very much!
