Aggressive speeding no thought for other drivers.

This driver is either on drugs or drunk. Just witnessed him threatening to get a pedestrian beaten up for crossing a clear road he was turning into. Suggest he reads the high code and goes back to Manchester to work as he has the road manners of an alley rat.
