This driver has just terrorised me driving down Bolton Road, Aspull, Wigan driving inches from my bumper. I was driving 30 miles per hour (speed limit) and was unable to travel faster as the car is fitted with a black box. He even beeped at me to get out of the way. Police have been informed.

Sped through a village where it's 30 doing at least 50. He then annoyingly slammed on for the speed camera. It was a podgy bald guy with the roof down in a blue Megane convertible, looking cool? I think not baldy.
