YOU WERE wasting police time and should have been charged as such. It is clear that this was a vehicle owned and operated by the police but clearly not a police vehicle as you were interpreting it.

If people need help they would race to this van under the assumption there's police inside. all this is made even worse is his refusal to identify himself. very shady and shoddy.
