The stupid driver was on his phone and nearly smashed into back of me.
The man drove beside me while had my daughter who's 3 and started giving me abuse . It was very scary moment for me and my child.
I drove away and he kept driving dangerously close flashing his light and rude hand signals. came to end when reached service station and he stopped.
Can't believe how people can be like that and see you have a child in the car.

Please follow the Highway Code. Do not change lanes unnecessarily in slow moving traffic. Only use your horn to warn others of your presence not because you are aggressively trying to change lanes. Thank you!

I'm only posting this to canvass opinions. Do you think the man was justified in this actions - do you feel the police were justified in what they were doing?
Also regarding his alleged subsequent "visit". The police reportedly said he was lucky he wasn't done for harassment. I would personally call that into question and even might go on to suggest that police in question could be accused of the same. I see no actual crime being committed - if there were he would have been detained or arrested at the scene. I'd question on the lawful basis (if any) on which they entered his property other than a friendly chat. Did their chat seem friendly, or threatening? I think he should have refused to let them in or even engage with them in any way. I don't fully agree with his actions from a moral viewpoint, but I certainly do not like what appears to be the implied threat in response. Many of these speed checks aren't put in places where there's accident black-spots, they are seen as nothing but a cash-cow. And furthermore I see countless people WALKING (or rather loitering) on local streets, being rude and aggressive to innocent people - not one single PCSO or police officer in sight and not one single police station open. So yeah, I get pissed off sometimes too.
Well these are just my thoughts. I mean nobody an ill harm, I just want your feedback. Thanks for your time.

This little idiot and his motorcycling mates nearly caused 3 accidents within a mile of each other, First they were driving along scotswood road newcastle they raced each other (well over the speed limit of which is 50mph) and the this guy decided to attempt a wheelie of which he failed and nearly hit the car in front of him that was stationary at traffic lights which were on red, Then he decided to overtake the same car but from the turn right only lane, This caused the driver to sound his horn at the so called biker and the biker and his mates ganged up on the driver and yelled abusive language at him, The driver was in his rights as the bikers raced in front of the car blocking his path, Then the next set of lights they did the same again to the same driver and called him a stupid C**T and told the driver he was on camera and would be on youtube, The bikers did this until they reached the city centre and it only stopped as myself and another van driver told them to pack it in or the police would be called, They shouted abuse towards us and i pulled in and used my mobile to phone police and thats when they decided enough was enough, It was actually the reg i have placed that started the whole thing off as to being stupid and to show off, I went onto youtube to see if i could find this guy or reg and luckily i found him from one of his own videos
I knew staright away it was him as to the colour of the bike and the clothes he was wearing also i watched a few of his videos and just as i thought there are the same bikers in those videos that were part of the offenders in question
