Cyclist is 100% in the right. Cycling in the middle of the lane is established and taught behavior for cyclists and is taught by government funded cycling schemes across the country.
Cyclists wear cameras to protect themselves from people like this, as well as people whom would knock a cyclist off, verbally or physically abuse them and leave the scene.
If a cyclist using a camera's only goal was to 'wind up motorists' there would be a hell of a lot more accidents and footage than there is.
This sort of nasty human being is fortunately in the minority.
I always see this hooligan revving and driving stupidly through bosham & Chichester, one cannot simply enjoy their evening G&T with this vehicular maniac at large.
