Isn't it an offence to post such images to a public website?

If I were N4EJD then I would be expecting a knock at the door from the police or at the very least a civil lawsuit from the owners of this website for posting malicious images in order to take it down.

Moderators: the driver is obviously posting vile and disturbing images so this webpage is removed after failing to have it removed by pretending to be a solicitor.

Would it be possible to remove the images and ban the drivers IP from this website?

This complete bawbag overtook me on the A75 near Castle Douglas on a blind bend.

You want to kill yourself fine, but don’t take innocent people with you.

He is a well known lying junkie.
His mother steals to order and the father is banged up.

He is one of nine kids, all different fathers.

Scumbags.

for the thickies, front fog lights are high intensity beams, hence why it is illegal to use them as driving lights;
Road Rule 217 states that drivers must not use front or rear fog lights unless driving in fog or other hazardous weather conditions that cause reduced visibility. They must be switched on separate from the main beam (high beam) and dipped beam (passing) headlights.

Fog lights should only be used in hazardous weather conditions. Drivers should familiarise themselves with the dashboard warning symbols so that they do not inadvertently switch these lights on.

Most of the negative comments are no doubt from the 4 Wheel Drive Brigade, who actually never get in to 4 Wheel Drive.

Having Driven a lot of different vehicles in my 44 years of driving, that's from a moped to a 44Ton truck, all so many car drivers pull in front of HGV's and wonder why they get rear ended, the dash cam has been one of the best inventions ever to come to market.
I agree their are a few HGV drivers that need re examination.

If I was a transport manager I wouldn't reprimand this driver, I would just of said back off a little next time.

I would take a guess the range rover driver was on a call or texting.

Unfortunately with out a tracker the police would have little to go on.
Now a HGV has a tachograph fitted, and it it were the other way round and the HGV driver was on the phone, and by the sound from the video I think he was it's a different matter.

Both at fault
