Wolverhampton isn't it? One big dump..same now as it was when I used to go there. Incessant traffic..factories..sprawling, filthy, over-crowded "neighbourhoods" that look more like an Indian crap-hole than they do an English street. Then there's the ever-present crime. Not the worst place I have been to but far from being even remotely close to what I'd call pleasant. Certainly wouldn't want to bring up kids there..you've got next to no chance. It was, is, and always will be the boiler room of the UK but hey folks..it's now a sanctuary city so even more 'immigrants' can enter. Aren't you the lucky one's..
You need witnesses and a complaint to the police. In short, you need evidence. Don't get me wrong, I hate drug (death)-dealing scum; but you have to follow due process.
One of the most horrific drivers I have ever come accross , always seeing him staring at his phone and not at the road, and not to mention this taking place at the end of a school day with young children around. Show off.
Awful driver!! Going to cause a serious accident and end up killing someone, always on their phone and breaking the speed limit. Overtaking on blind bends and overtaking multiple cars at once, disgraceful needs to be taken off the roads.
