It would appear to me that the original poster has revealed his/her own data.
Nothing to do with moderation or data protection. Any photo taken on a device with location services enabled for photos will have photos geotagged - i.e. the location is embedded in the file header.
Perhaps the website admin should consider stripping personal data (location, author, copyright etc) from uploaded files.
Data sent also snapshots as to that address you had displayed earlier admin, Not going it to report to the police as have left that to that person as its up to them, Please in future be careful, This is one good website you have here it would be a shame to lose it just for the sake of not moderating your site, Lets hope nothing has happened to that persons well being as its you that will have to answer to police as to displaying that data you eventually removed earlier, I bid you a good day
