He's been doing it for months, when confronted says he doesn't care and its the finance companies car. Trying to break it and return it by the looks of things.

In my opinion she's banged to rights. Reading a book at the wheel whilst in motion.
Furthermore I fail to see how the cyclist was in any way "picking on her", or her child; if anything I feel the cyclist pro-actively saved lives. She was seen reading whilst driving - what if it was one of her own children she mowed down because her concentration wasn't fully on the road? What if she's gone over cyclist in this video?
"What have I done to really upset you so much?" Potential victim blaming by the looks of things..

He's a TNT driver. Gossip is that Police are pressing 3 charges - hopefully presss pick this up and shame . We need random Police checks/speed traps by our schools... the number of people on their phones trying to kill my 5 year old is staggering wtaf
