Saw this car driving like a knob in Hulme, Manchester. Overtook me as we were turning right on a crossroads - lucky I was paying attention and let him go round me - then making a dangerous overtake on the car in front (residential area, cars parked up on both sides of the road,30 limit). Think it's time to invest in a dashcam.
