Clearly unable to pull out of junctions correctly, or just wait for traffic to pass. Sticking half way out blocking one side of the road then pulled out in front of me forcing emergency stop. Typical builder/workmen driver don’t give a fuck attitude. Also van is a heap of shit

Stupid boy! Doesn't know what a speed limit is. Drives like a blind pensioner. Spotted him a few times round the shotton/peterlee area. I think I could run faster. Must be a bad driver as all of his alloys are curbed to bits.
