Totally irresponsible driver in the West Midlands. Speeding across a national speed limit road, going in excess of the speed limit. Best part was when entering residential he carried on through an island doing 40+ and almost his another car. This driver is completely reckless. This was around Hagley Hall to Kingswinford national speed.

This guy just pulled up and parked in two bays without even re-adjusting his car and got out like his parking is perfect. Wth.
