Driving quite erratically, in the right hand lane at 10mph below the speed limit and drifting between lanes at random without indicating. Also came very close to my bumper. Probably drunk.

A rather impatient motorist driving from Lancaster to the Blackpool area. Overtaking with a push on the A6 by Lancaster university then tailgating a vehicle all the way past Garstang and then onto the A586 to St Michaels then tailgates another vehicle up to Windy Harbour and pushes ahead at the traffic lights.
I could see the impatience in this driver trying to pass and being less than one second behind. I was about three seconds behind him.
At the A6/A586 junction, he didn’t wait but cut across a vehicle coming the other way when most would give way.
Pushy, impatient and discourteous.
