High as hell with weed (had to shut my windows as I was behind him).
Driving under influence of drugs,
Probably fake plates.

Just because they're driving a new Audi they think they get a pass on parking in disabled bays without displaying a blue badge.

This truck driver needs a refresher. Was behind me in lane two for about 8 minutes, giving himself enough breaking distance before overtaking. However, once past me he cut in quick leaving me LESS than a meter breaking distance. He went on and did this to two other drivers before I managed to pass him on a slip road (no-one needs to do 10mph on any slip road!)
