Apparently oblivious but utterly appalling driving on 19 September. Three point turned across two busy lanes then missed a corner, drove up the hard shoulder for a while then on exiting the motorway, cut off two cars and forced way into a lane.

This driver seems to have definite parking issues - totally ignores the marked bays and sticks it across two spaces!

Dangerous driver who thinks they own the road. Can not see pedestrians on crossings must be partially sited. No adherence to driving rules so maybe they never passed a test!
