Controlling and psychotic driver. Drove at 15mph and if i ever tried to overtake on open straight roads would go up to 90mph. Then once the opportunity to overtake had gone would go back down to 15mph, brake checking every so often. If i see this car again the driver will regret it. Fingers crossed i find it parked somewhere :)

On Maldon bypass overtook a string of cars, themselves going 50 mph, on the inside at a speed of at least 70mph and then cut in at the roundabout. It would have been carnage if anyone had changed lane
