It looks to me as though the LR driver couldn't be bothered waiting for the silver car to make its turn on the roundabout and so cut into the red car's lane to undertake him, onto the road which then merged.
complete and total abuse of the size of his vehicle - utterly dangerous and irresponsible of the LR driver.
Surely parking outside the marked bay area violates the conditions of use - if you had reported it to them would they have been able to issue a fine or arrange for it to be moved (at the owners expense?) Did you hang around long enough to have words with the owner of did you go somewhere else to kill time and miss them? Not worth ring the police? (I know they have plenty of work anyway)
Space looks way too small for that kind of car. Doesn't excuse them for doing it; they should've found somewhere else where they didn't block anyone in.
If what you say is true then can I just say, thanks for caring. A lot of people don't. Oh, and that pic..do you have video footage? It's all taken from a dash cam isn't it? I hope justice is served. I've had stuff thrown at me especially when I'm on a push-bike (the last time soaking my clothes and hurting my arm, causing me to almost come off and go under the wheels of another car).
