Car of this registration care to deliver a curry to my house, when he knocked my small dog barked as she does. Openened the door to see the driver standing on the other side of the road with my order. When leaving slightly hit my right mirror which left a minor mark, and didn’t even say sorry! She might well get jail time for that. If the woman confronting her is a police officer, she's duty bound to report it. Then:

Section A: "Prolonged bad driving involving deliberate disregard for safety of others" equals Crown Court, so already higher chance of custodial sentence than, say, a community order.
Section B: definitely factor 1 "Disregarding warnings of others", possibly factor 6 "Aggressive driving, such as driving much too close to vehicle in front, racing, inappropriate attempts to overtake, or cutting in after overtaking", if the judge considers runners to be road users in this instance.
Normally that'd be 12 weeks prison off the bat. But, if she really is disabled, she might get some leniency. Depends on the judge, but if I were her, I'd prepare for the worst.

I have some sympathy for residents when roads are closed off but there is no excuse for this woman’s behaviour. She is a selfish and dangerous. Hope she is prosecuted.
