You know why LR included 4x4 on so many cars? Because they took one look at the way (some) people drive them and thought we better give their brains extra traction. So many of these drivers think they are entitled to do what they like on the roads and to hell with the consequences. They're like these rabid hunt supporters..they belong in the last century, beating their wives and killing innocent wild animals for the hell of it. Good riddance.
There is an interview with Joanna Pine, the road rage driver of the car, in the local newspaper, The Plymouth Herald, where she gives her version of events which don’t tally with what we see in the video. She is just digging herself deeper.
Car of this registration care to deliver a curry to my house, when he knocked my small dog barked as she does. Openened the door to see the driver standing on the other side of the road with my order. When leaving slightly hit my right mirror which left a minor mark, and didn’t even say sorry! Not impressed at all!!
She might well get jail time for that. If the woman confronting her is a police officer, she's duty bound to report it. Then:
https://www.sentencingcouncil.org.uk/offences/item/dangerous-driving/
Section A: "Prolonged bad driving involving deliberate disregard for safety of others" equals Crown Court, so already higher chance of custodial sentence than, say, a community order.
Section B: definitely factor 1 "Disregarding warnings of others", possibly factor 6 "Aggressive driving, such as driving much too close to vehicle in front, racing, inappropriate attempts to overtake, or cutting in after overtaking", if the judge considers runners to be road users in this instance.
Normally that'd be 12 weeks prison off the bat. But, if she really is disabled, she might get some leniency. Depends on the judge, but if I were her, I'd prepare for the worst.
that guy with the cone is a fucking clipboard warrior. She should have run him over. yeah she's a deluded cunt but what idiots barricade in a vehicle with their own bodies....fucking leave it up to natural selection...
Also shows how automatic central locking is a must have
