Enters 50mph average speed zone & they're going about 30mph.
Zone switches to 30 then 50 & for both they're going about half the speed limit. Absolutely nowhere to overtake so grin & bear it.
Zone then switches to a 40 & opens up so chance to overtake. Soon as the road splits in to 2 lanes they're then doing 50 in a 40 so nobody will overtake them.

Then when the road splits in to 2 & you can actually get past this moron they put the foot down & drive over the speed limit.
Road then goes back to 1 lane & they're back to going way under the limit.
