This learner car was swerving all over catching the verge then was driving completely on the wrong side of the road for quite a long period, begs the question- why did instructor not get the situation under better control, not upto the job perhaps, was lucky not much traffic around, usually a busy road.

What an arrogant driver. If a car is turning left, they are going to slow down to do so safely. Stop being so childish to beep at them for doing so, just because your attempt to drive around them failed and backfired. You lost a whole 2 seconds of your day.

RE:PA55 SOS Volkswagen Golf GTI in red.
i had been visiting the liverpool area for a week from my local and much much better behaved drivers from my lovely home in Wells, Somerset several months back when i actually encountered this chap twice on the liverpool area roads and both times i was very unimpressed with his poor driving, frankly it was disgusting and a disgrace for a driving instructor, I can not remember the company name but I encountered him twice driving badly.
Not only did he recklessly cut across me forcing me to do an emergency stop, (i am aware this is a Lerner car but the car had only 1 occupant SO IT WAS THE INSTRUCTOR)
He was absolutely oblivious fiddling with what looked like a phone or camera inside the car.
The driver was badly behaving and was excessively messing about with what looked like a large camera or phone on a tripod device all while driving, his mind was not on the road and infact I observed him twice weave over the lines of the dual carriageway with multiple vehicles around him, This was extremely foolish, RECKLESS and illegal,
I HAVE TO SAY if this person is a driving instructor he should know much better and do better in future and stop messing with hand held devices while driving as he had not even seen me or the other cars he cut up, totally unaware i was in a vulnerable position, thankfully i was able to make an emergency stop and brake to avoid this foolish driving.
The 2nd time i saw him i observed him running a red light by powering AT HIGH SPEED though the RED light when he had plenty of time to stop he passed me well above the speed limit, i know this was the same instructor from the unique number plate and the bright red sporty GTI golf .
for a driving instructor this guy should think about other road users between lessons, put your phone and cameras down and follow the rules of the road, just because you have a sports car this is not an invitation to drive badly, too fast ignoring people and RED lights, please watch your speed also as you drove too fast, driving like a fool will not get you there much sooner.
I HAVE TO SAY GENERALLY THE QUALITY OF DRIVING IN THE LIVERPOOL AREA IS SHOCKINGLY BAD EVEN WORSE THAN BIRMINGHAM AND LONDON, WITH INSTRUCTORS LIKE THIS I CAN UNDERSTAND WHY THE QUALITY OF DRIVERS IN LIVERPOOL AREA IS SO BAD.
