One of them people where you could park at the back of a car park furthest from the entrance & you're the only one in there. This person will come in & park right next to you. Ford Fiesta.

White van man in a CITROEN BERLINGO with White Van Man Syndrome and Small Vehicle Syndrome driving aggressively through Wrea Green.
He wasn’t particularly speeding but tailgating and trying to pass, so shoots through by the Spar shop.
He seemed desperate to get ahead, and the two syndromes he has (White Van Man & Small Vehicle) were obvious.
