As well as having no blue badge displayed, the driver of this vehicle parked not only in a disabled parking bay but in the hatched area supposed to left clear for disabled access with his passenger’s door less than a foot from our passenger’s door even though there was plenty of space the other side.
This meant my disabled passenger had to wait for me to get the car out of the bay to be able to get in.
Did this able-bodied imbecile need more than a door width to get out? If so why didn’t he or she reverse in and park the car with the passenger’s side nearer the far side? Probably a youngster with no means of reasoning or understanding. Also a bad driver as well. Selfish and inferior.

He is bragging that he had this driver sent NIP, then summonsed, successfully prosecuted & convicted. All off and by his recorded evidence of her using her phone whilst driving. This is his You Tube channel CyclingMikey. He filmed her using her mobile phone & handed it to police that passed it to CPS.. He has had a shed load people prosecuted by doing this.
