Speeding through Wrea Green from Fox Lane Ends and didn't slow down at mini roundabout doing about 30 in a 20 zone. School was to his right on the corner of the roundabout blocked his view of approaching traffic which would have had right of way. Could have been a major accident if a vehicle had approached from this side.

This stupid Vauxhall Corsa driver decided parking less than a foot away from the other cars was a good idea. Nearly banged my Dad's car and had she to climb over her passenger seat to get out.
