Young white male driver on his mobile phone while driving and didn't care one jot when I reminded him he shouldn't be driving whilst talking on his phone. Quite aggressive when I told him it was against the law.

This obnoxious Tool got out of his car to scream explitives at my 3 god children all under 10 years old as he felt I had jumped the car wash queue. I had parked in front as it was available, not brave enough to have a chat to someone his own size he waited for.me to go into the garage then stormed round my car swearing at the girls as I was paying, he then reversed into car wash. Looking forward to spotted him around, local plate, registered in Preston, wont be long
