Was about to post a comment about this driver but op beat me to it. Had an incident on the m6 with this exact driver in which he ragged it off at I'd say topping 100mph. Lethal driver sooner he wraps himself around a lamppost the better dirty scumbag

The wide angle lens of the cam car makes it look further away. They are following too closely with a 1 second gap!

They was following with a 1 second gap, if it was 2 seconds they could have braked earlier reducing the impact
