Enters 50mph average speed zone & they're going about 30mph.
Zone switches to 30 then 50 & for both they're going about half the speed limit. Absolutely nowhere to overtake so grin & bear it.
Zone then switches to a 40 & opens up so chance to overtake. Soon as the road splits in to 2 lanes they're then doing 50 in a 40 so nobody will overtake them.

Knobhead in a Mitsubishi Colt comes past what was Dana's Car Wash, straight through a red light & on to Morecambe as my lights turn to green.

Toyota Yaris going ridiculously slow. Turns off A6 at a snails pace & then refuses to get anywhere near the 30mph speed limit.
