Anybody know the owner of this car? It keeps parking outside my house staring in my windows, as soon as I stand it drives off, I am a woman and it's the same 2 woman I see in this car everytime!

You really need to realise that FOG lights are intended for use in FOG and not to be used on a normal clear night and blind everybody in front of you!!
It is inconsiderate,an offence and potentially dangerous!!

This man drives like a complete idiot. He overtook us in a 20mph zone only for us to catch him up at the traffic lights.
