Sped down a private residential road banging the front of his cab into the fence damage yet to be seen, parked over two spaces stopping resdients from parking.

Texting while driving along 10% attention to driving
Then overtakes so slow has to force car over and nearly hit central island
Then slow in right lane for miles and miles
