This driver was speeding in the outer lane and up the backside of the vehicle in front trying to barge his way in front where the two lanes merge as the northbound slip road meets it. Typical driver of self-importance. Could this be how he makes progress by bullying his way about in life?

24/10/2019 - This laden vehicle was travelling north on the M42 tonight between 6 and 6.30. At first, it was in the middle lane when there was plenty of room to move over into the near side lane. During the journey, it ended up behind me in the middle lane and as we were going through the speed management at 50 and 50, it was tail gaiting me to the point that I became worried. I moved over into the near side lane only to be followed across by this vehicle. Still on my tail, the driver started to blast the horn at me and flash the vehicle lights. As the was so worryingly close to me, I put my hazards on, but this made no difference. The driver continued to harass me whilst I kept to the speed restrictions. The driver then moved into the middle lane and started to tailgate another motorist. Who ever this driver is employed by needs to address this drivers treatment of other drivers. I shall be reporting this to the police as I was made to feel very nervous by this behaviour. I exited the M42 at J2 and the driver continued on past that junction.
