Whoever was 'driving' this vehicle is a shameful disgrace to your company and a serious hazard and danger to others on the road. I have not seen such a reckless display of bad driving and dangerous, illegal speeds in a long time. He/she should be thoroughly disciplined for putting the lives of innocent road users at risk.
