Sped through our local village (which has a 40mph limit) at a speed estimated by several of us to be between 70 - 80mph. We are absolutely sick to the back teeth of pillocks like this. They are a danger and a menace to society.

Driving without due care and attention, ran driver off the road, hit and run. All reported to police, all on camera.
Driver: white, bald, overweight, 50's - 60's.
