This man is a taxi driver and I don’t know how he’s getting away from what he is doing, he is charging over priced to vunrable drunks, I thought it was just me being stupid and I give him a few more chances but he’s conning people

Pulled across lane fast in front of me without indicators or looking. Forcing me to emergency brake and swerve into the barriers. She then sped off very fast
