This man is a taxi driver and I don’t know how he’s getting away from what he is doing, he is charging over priced to vunrable drunks, I thought it was just me being stupid and I give him a few more chances but he’s conning people

This man completely cut us up and then laughed about it with the woman in the passenger seat. Had to do an emergency stop as he cut round the traffic by racing through a garage
