Whilst driving down left hand dual carriageway on Beverley Road toward Beverley Road/Cottingham Road/Clough Road crossroad in Kingston-upon-Hull, this silver Volkswagen Polo was pulling out from a side street into the lane in front of my vehicle, causing me to serve. I flashed my lights and pointed to the driver to move back. When I pulled up at the traffic lights, the driver pulled next to me and began swearing (calling me a c**t, a w**ker) and gesticulating rudely. His behaviour was threatening and abusive.
This car was parked in a side road opposite Tesco. The gap they left could not have been negotiated by an ambulance or fire engine. Just hope you're never boxed in and there's an emergency. Just because you couldn't be bothered to walk any further to the shops! Unbelievable.
My Husband was driving with me in the car and was moving out of a parked position along the side of the road when a car approaching us in the opposite direction slowed down and swore aggressively at my Husband. My Husband got out of the car and asked the driver what he said. The driver said he'd run him over in a minute and reversed towards him but he moved out of the way and the driver hit our car, our driver door and a Taxi who had stopped behind him. He then drove off. :)
Disabled driver thinks it's ok to park on double yellows (unfortunately not on this pic but trust me) blocking access to my car boot... What if I had a wheelchair to get in the boot? Have some consideration for other drivers you prick.
Excellent driver can't get any better than that
