No common sense ...and someone who has time on their hands and was sufficiently inconsiderate to waste numerous other people's time . Unbelievable bad display of a kept woman with nothing better to do with her time. Wish she had to do community service with the elderly to give her a reality check on her behaviour.

Jesus, have some of you read your own comments? What a bunch of rage filled animals. No wonder there is so much anger and aggression on the roads. Take a chill pill. Worse things can happen in life. Calm the f**k down!

silly cow, obviously thinks shes more important than anyone else on the road, " I pay my road tax i can do what i want in my car " type of person. The silver merc was clearly almost 3/4 through the tunnel, yet she still proceeded to use her car in a dangerous manner and headed towards another on coming vehicle, all because the sign says she had right of way.. That right of way stopped being her right of way when another vehicle is already in her path, and already commited to that manouver.. she needs to be banned for life !!! He has no repsect for other peoples life or her own obviously.

My daughter had a similar thing happen last year. If you are not at fault do not accept the 50/50, insurers use this to reduce their outlay by splitting it and and allows them to increase your insurance premium and you lose points. My daughter? After many months she was eventually found not to be at fault, she did need a trip to the hospital after the accident and had a minor back and neck injury but did not ever claim for that, this possibly helped why she won and the other driver to blame if you know what I mean.
