Cyclist was at fault here. He doesn't pay any road tax and isn't insured. Cyclist should pass a test and get some road tax before using our roads. Until then, I'll keep ramming them off the road and knocking them off
The point about being opposite a police station was the increased possibility (still slim admittedly) of actually being seen and stopped by a police officer !
