This oap should be made to retake his test and have an eye test as he pulled out into a main road in bedford from farm foods carpark this morning never even bothering to what cars were coming and we almost ran into him. If it had been a cyclist or motorcyclist then they would be dead! Undercover police were sitting behind us when it happened but did they do anything????? It scared the crap out of my mum who not so long ago had heart surgery. I hope the police did pull him over and sort him out.
