Yes the rider was being a bit reckless moments before this (but I don't have his regd)
But that does not give you (the driver of Black Subaru XV RK63 JMX) the reason to endanger his life, using your vehicle as a weapon, threatening assault and most of all not understanding the laws of the road that you are using
I'd suggest you go online and read the Highway Code before either the police turn up at your door (not likely to happen unfortunately because they have bigger donuts to fry) or you kill an innocent civilian or your friends and neighbours find out and once you've read the Highway Code maybe go onto your social media and apologise for your crass stupidity.

Moped in Petersfield town centre, late evening. One of those noisy idiots who drives around aimlessly looking for people to impress. Nobody is impressed by a moped.
Putting him here because he was seen (and likely caught on CCTV) riding his moped for a short distance along the pavement, near Ram's Walk. Totally illegal - late at night, but still idiotic.
