The chap was driving All over the road, it looked like he was getting way too friendly with his co driver. I think their roofers as there was ladders on the van roof.

Speeding near on head on collision with this silver car. Full of boys in hoodies. Driving on my side of road round the corner in fisher gate in norwich. This car needs to be stopped. Probably stolen or uninsured.
