Mercedes car often parked on double yellow lines, whilst partially blocking a disabled bay next to it. The car might belong to staff in an adjacent shop. One day, two elderly disabled ladies struggled to get into their car which was parked in the adjacent disabled bay, as this Mercedes had partially blocked them in. The driver of this car has no respect for anyone else. I saw an Asian male going to this car possibly from the grocers shops. Parked outside Iceland in the car park at Fox and Goose Shopping Centre, Bromford Lane, Hodge Hill, Birmingham, B8 2EP.

What a guy.. Firstly wrong lane at round-a-bout. Then decides to drive up my arse as if I was in the wrong.
Road limit 40mph.
I decided to brake to make him get back. His react was hilarious. I'll pay good money to watch that again... Like a spoilt school kids who's ice cream has just fallen on the floor.... LOL this all at 06.40....
